We do not ship to PO Box/APO/FPO/DPO address.
The oders will ship within 7-30 business days of order submission
Packages from our warehouse in US or China will be shipped by Priority Direct Mail or EMS or other carrier depending on the weight, size and destination of the product.
Yes, You will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address you provided which will contain a tracking information.
We accept payment method via Paypal. You can still use PayPal checkout service even if you don't have a PayPal account. You can easily pay for your purchase (through PayPal) using your VisaCard, MasterCard, American Express .
Yes, If your item arrive damaged, different or not working, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product we will refund or resend the item for you .
You are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when your parcel passes through Customs. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you have ordered from us arrive in your country.
We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. We can not give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.
For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!
Orders shipped with a free shipping method may be delivered directly to your local post office. We will inform you once it has arrived. Please use your identity document and the tracking number to collect your parcel.
If you are not at home for its delivery or the package is too big for your mailbox, your parcel may return to your local post office. A notice will usually be left on your door or in your mailbox.
